MY PAST...

This page is for me to own up and leave previous clients a way to find me. This will not be deleted as long as this site is up.

I previously went by the aliases of 141_S0AP , and Mar5ht1an (Marshtian) on twitter.
I logged out of the site due to a wave of racist harassment from followers of a situation I was involved in. Shortly afterward, I lost my ability to access this account. Since my departure early in 2024, I have not been on or able to access that account.Before losing access, I had multiple owed commissions racked up. I was not good at managing these commissions and struggled under the load: being terrible at managing my time, struggling to reply in a timely manner, forgetting to send files or designs, and overall being very hard to work with under deadlines I set. As a result, many of this commissions were left unfinished with no way to contact me.
_{I will state during the period of Fall 2023 - Spring 2024, I was recovering from a severe traumatic event alongside other private situations. This is only an explanation for my decline, as my mental state deteriorated rapidly and I had no support system to fall back on. I am still recovering to this day.}I previously struggled with commissions workload before this time period, but I was able to barely manage and keep a somewhat steady pace. This has been a recurring issue I am working on, and hope to fix in the upcoming years. I apologize dearly for all clients who dealt with this behavior working with me professionally, and have my forms of contact open to speak.

As of writing this, I now have a manager to help remind me of work, a new system of handling commissions, and a completely better way to take on my workload week by week. I aim to find a management site that I can post my week to week updates on, but as of now, my weekly queue can only be found in my discord server.If you are owed a commission, please screenshot proof of payment and your order and privately contact me on my available socials. We can privately speak about the future of the order and if you wish to continue work.If you wish to continue working with me: I will completely trash the last W.I.P you were provided, unless it was close to completion. The commission will be started over completely to better fit my updated style. In basic terms, we will start fresh and we will work out terms for your commission.If you wish to receive a refund: I will likely put you on a refund plan, no matter the amount. As of writing this, art is my only income and livelihood. I cannot afford to pay out large amounts when I am barely able to pay bills and feed myself, put bluntly. Further details will be worked out and explained, but this is an option and I will try to best to pay it back.I hope in the upcoming years, I am able to completely clear my queue (via refunds or finishing all work), have found a set-up that works for me regarding work, and have found a job that allows me to take less commissions to support myself.
As for now, I will try to make amends and show the evidence i'm improving by myself.

Previous Partner / Document.

I would also like to take the time to touch on a previous situation.I made a document on a ex-partner of mine at the encouragement of people around me. I accused them of abuse, racism, manipulation, and privately implied they may be faking a disorder. I no longer stand by most, if not all claims in said document.In a bid to defend a party, I rushed out with a document and allowed myself to let people with biases to convince me issues I brought up were worse than what they actually were. I was the only one to make a document on this situation, and took on the brunt of harassment and threats during this, despite being told by said people they would come in to "back me up". These threats included: death threats, lynching threats, being told I would be shot by cops, and being called racial slurs.
I believe these were sent by my ex's community, and I was told privately a post reprimanding this behavior went out.The only points I still stand with were that there were issues regarding my race being weaponized and fetished, and my mental illnesses being weaponized to lead me to harshly attack others. However, I do not considered myself to have been abused by this ex-partner. I retract all claims of such, and apologize to said ex-partner.

My wait times can extend to 6 months+ due to the current size of queue.
This however does not mean that your order will take that long. If you have a deadline in mind, ask beforehand. I also do "rush" projects for a fee.
If you are not willing to wait longer times, do not place an order with me.

Payment / Process

After discussing and accepting your commission, I will request payment. I primarily use Cashapp and Paypal.

Refunds

I refund based off of work uncompleted. You have permission to take the work you have received before the refund and allow other artists (or yourself) to use it with proper credit.Refunds can be requested after 2 months with no communication from me, verbal or visual.
Refunds can also be requested after 3 months with no visual update.
